Hi there! We’re Dana and Tammy, a husband-and-wife team who started our property management business in 2019 right here in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland. Ocean City, Maryland holds a very special place in our hearts—and has for generations. Tammy grew up in nearby Easton, MD, and spent many summers vacationing in Ocean City as a child. The memories of sunny beach days, evening walks on the boardwalk, and the simple joy of being near the ocean have always stayed with her.
As we started our own family, it felt only natural to return to Ocean City with our children. Watching them experience the same magic Tammy once did—the thrill of the rides at the boardwalk, digging their toes into the sand, and enjoying Thrasher’s fries or ice cream cones under the summer sun—only deepened our love for this place. It quickly became our family tradition, and over the years, those vacations turned into lifelong memories.
What makes Ocean City so special isn’t just the beach (though the 10 miles of soft sand and clean, family-friendly shoreline are amazing). It’s everything that comes with it—the vibrant boardwalk filled with games, shops, and treats, the endless water activities from paddleboarding to fishing, and the beautiful sunsets over the bay. You can enjoy everything from quiet mornings by the ocean to fun-filled nights with live music, fireworks, or mini golf.
